Returns & Refunds Policy

1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Return Guarantee

At Chuckaboo, we strive to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, or incorrect, you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Eligibility for Health & Beauty Products

Due to stringent hygiene, cosmetic safety, and sanitization standards in Pakistan:

• Skincare, haircare, fragrances, and cosmetics must remain unopened, sealed, and in original packaging to qualify for returns (unless arrived damaged or defective).
• Items with broken seals or signs of usage cannot be returned for hygiene and health reasons.
• In case of transit leakage or broken glass bottles, please photograph the package immediately and notify us within 48 hours.

3. Eligibility for Corporate & Office Stationery

For executive pens, notebook bundles, and desk organizers:

• Standard non-customized stationery items can be returned within 7 days in pristine, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories.
• Custom-branded or laser-engraved corporate merchandise is custom-manufactured to client specifications and cannot be returned unless manufacturing defects or printing errors occur.

4. Refund Processing & Timelines

Once returned merchandise is inspected and approved at our central warehouse in Karachi:

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds are disbursed directly via Bank Transfer (IBFT), EasyPaisa, or JazzCash within 3 to 5 business days.
• Online Bank Payments: Direct reversal to your originating bank account within 3 to 7 business days depending on inter-bank clearing.
• Store credit / Gift vouchers can also be issued instantly upon request.
